Grades & Report Card

The final part of the project covers academic performance, tracking marks, and generating a summary of a student's results.

A. Add / Update Grades allows the user to enter marks for a student in a specific subject. Since a student can have marks in multiple subjects, each entry is stored separately and linked back to that student using their roll number.

B. View Report Card pulls together all the marks recorded for a student and displays them in one place, along with the total and average.

C. Aggregate calculations refer to the maths happening behind the scenes, mainly adding up all the marks to get the total and dividing by the number of subjects to get the average.

D. Conditional grading logic is what converts that average into a final letter grade. Using simple if-elif conditions, the system checks which range the average falls into; for example, 90 and above becomes A+, 75 and above becomes A, and so on, giving the student a clear, final grade at a glance.
