How the Model Learns

How the Model Learns

Machine learning models do not memorize exact records.

Instead, they learn patterns and relationships.

For example, the model may discover:

  • Houses with more rooms generally have higher prices.
  • High crime rates may reduce property values.
  • Better environmental conditions may increase prices.
  • Certain tax structures may influence housing demand.

These learned relationships are stored within the ensemble of decision trees.

Once training is complete, the model can apply these patterns to new housing records that it has never seen before.
