This project is a fully functional Contact Us form that collects user details, including name, email, phone number, selected service, and message. It validates inputs, shows error messages if any, and displays a success animation once the form is submitted.

Below is the screenshot of the live Contact Us page with all input fields filled:

After validation is successful, you will see a successful user feedback message displayed on your screen, as shown in the screenshot below. There is also a back button that redirects you to the form.
