Who We Are ?

GUVI is an online skill acceleration and hiring platform which makes IT skilling more effective by offering technology courses like Python,Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, etc. in vernacular languages(Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Kannada, Bengali). AI-based adaptive algorithm customizes and proposes the learning path based on student skill level. GUVI uses similar approach like Udacity but the path breaking difference is that, it delivers the content in vernacular languages which helps the students to learn faster and make them land in jobs .GUVI builds the coding profile for learner by tracking his learning activities and show case it to their hiring partners.

THINGS TO BE NOTED :

  • Build a live polling tool: Create poll > Share link > Audience votes > Live results.
  • Tech stack (all required): React (Frontend), Go - Gin (Backend), MongoDB (Database) and Redis (Realtime). Redis must drive the live updates/counts.
  • Keep frontend and backend code in their own folders. Don't mix concerns in the same file.
  • Validate all input on the backend before it touches the database.
  • Results must update in real time, with no page refresh needed.
  • Add basic authentication (simple login/signup) before a user can create or manage a poll.
  • Deploy it to a live, publicly reachable link (not just localhost).
  • Include a README.md with how to run it and your key decisions.
  • Record a short video (3–5 min, unlisted YouTube or public Google Drive link) covering the biggest challenge you faced and how you solved it, and whether you used any AI tools.
  • Mail your public GitHub repo link, live deployed link and video link to [email protected]
  • If any of the points is not followed, the internship application may be rejected.
