Eligibility Criteria

  • Hold a Diploma (10+2+3), Graduate, or Postgraduate degree from a university recognised by the Association of Indian Universities
  • Secure at least 50% marks in Diploma, Graduation, or Post-Graduation
  • Have a minimum of two years of full-time post-graduate work experience (Internships and trainee roles are not considered full-time experience)

Admission Criteria

  • Applicants must meet IIM Indore’s eligibility and selection requirements at the time of admission.
  • Participants are expected to attend all sessions of a given course. However, Participants may take leave on account of emergencies, subject to the approval of the Programme Coordinator.

  • A minimum attendance requirement of 75% will be considered for final grading. For attendance below 75%, a grade cut will be applied as per the norms.

1. Who offers this programme?

The Postgraduate Certificate Programme in Product Management is offered by the Indian Institute of Management Indore under its Executive Education framework. The certificate is issued directly by IIM Indore upon successful completion.

2. What is the duration and session schedule?

The programme runs for 8 months and includes approximately 100 learning hours delivered across 80 sessions (75 minutes each). Sessions are typically conducted once a week, on Sundays, with select sessions scheduled on weekdays to ensure timely completion.

3. What are the eligibility requirements?

Applicants must hold a Diploma (10+2+3), Graduate, or Postgraduate degree with at least 50% marks. In addition, a minimum of two years of full-time post-graduate work experience is required. Internships and trainee roles are not considered as full-time work experience.

4. How are candidates selected?

Admission is based on an evaluation of the application as per IIM Indore’s academic and selection guidelines. The Admissions Committee reviews each candidate’s profile, experience, and professional background before finalising selection.

5. What certification will I receive?

Participants who meet the required attendance and assessment criteria receive a Completion Certificate issued by IIM Indore.

6. Does the programme include campus immersion?

Yes. The programme includes a 3-day on-campus module at IIM Indore. Some sessions form part of the campus orientation module, offering in-person academic engagement alongside the online learning format.
