Who Should Enrol & EV Course Eligibility?

Eligibility Criteria

  • Indian Participants must hold a graduate or diploma from any recognised University/Institute (UGC/AICTE/DEC/AIU/State Government) across Science, Technology and Engineering disciplines (Other disciplines on a case-to-case basis)
  • International participants must hold a Graduation or equivalent degree from any recognised University or Institution in their respective country.

Admission Criteria

  • Admission to the Advanced Programme in Electric Vehicle Technology is based on an application review.
  • Screening and final selection will be carried out by IIT Delhi.

The Capstone Project Experience

Learners apply their knowledge to an industry focused EV challenge and build a practical end to end solution.

Note:
  • Modules/ topics are indicative only, and the suggested time and sequence may 
be modified/ adapted to fit the total programme hours. Case studies, 
real-world examples and numerical illustrations are an integral part of multiple modules included in the course.
  • The primary mode of learning for this programme is via Live Online, Interactive Sessions with faculty members. Post-session video recordings will be made available until the course duration and are not downloadable.

Prof. Verma works extensively in electrochemical systems, fuel cells, EV batteries, and large-scale energy storage platforms. Prof. Pramanick’s expertise covers EV power converters, high-density charging systems, wireless charging, and embedded sensor technologies. He has collaborated with multiple EV start-ups, supported curriculum development at IIT Delhi, and has published actively across top IEEE journals. Additionally, he introduced industry-grade concepts of digital controllers and standalone power converters at IIT Delhi

Prof. Praveen Kumar leads major research in high-power motor drives, intelligent chargers, and EV drivetrain architectures. He heads the e-Mobility Lab at IIT Guwahati and brings deep academic experience through doctoral and postdoctoral research across IITs and international institutions.

Withdrawal and Refund:

  1. Candidates can withdraw within 15 days from the programme start date. A total of 80% of the total fee received will be refunded. However, the applicable tax amount paid will not be refunded on the paid amount.
  2. Candidates withdrawing after 15 days from the start of the programme session will not be eligible for any refund.
  3. If you wish to withdraw from the programme, you must email [email protected] and [email protected], stating your intent to withdraw. The refund, if applicable, will be processed within 30 working days from the date of receiving the withdrawal request.
