Conversations around women empowerment<\/strong> become especially meaningful when they shine a light on these journeys and celebrate women who continue to pursue their aspirations while balancing family responsibilities, personal milestones, and professional ambitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Held this year in May, the HCL GUVI Alumni Team hosted Her Voice, Her Legacy<\/em>, a special community engagement session that brought together inspiring voices to share experiences of learning, reinvention, and a career restart after motherhood<\/strong>. Through The Hustle Diaries<\/em> podcast, participants explored honest conversations around career breaks, self-belief, lifelong learning, and the determination it takes to build new beginnings at different stages of life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a special community engagement session, Her Voice, Her Legacy<\/em> brought together alumni members, learners, professionals, and aspiring career returnees for an evening of reflection, shared experiences, and meaningful conversations. The initiative aimed to create a supportive space where participants could connect through stories of perseverance, growth, and transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the highlights of the event was a special edition of The Hustle Diaries<\/em>, an interactive podcast series hosted by Aishwarya. The discussion explored themes such as career interruptions, motherhood, personal aspirations, and professional growth, while offering attendees an opportunity to hear directly from women who successfully rebuilt their careers after taking a step back from the workforce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Khathija Farshiya shared her transition from a Mathematics graduate to an AI\/ML professional. After embracing motherhood and focusing on family responsibilities, she decided to reconnect with her professional aspirations through a Data Science programme, an AI\/ML internship, and continuous learning. Her efforts eventually led to a role as an AI\/ML Engineer, demonstrating the power of persistence and upskilling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Greeshma Nair’s Return to Technology<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Greeshma Nair reflected on her return to technology after a long career break. Despite stepping away from the workforce to focus on family, she remained curious about emerging technologies and industry developments. Through structured learning and a commitment to growth, she rebuilt her confidence and successfully transitioned back into the professional world, combining her technical expertise with her teaching experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

HCL GUVI continues to champion women empowerment<\/strong> through learning experiences, community engagement programs, and opportunities that are meant to help women thrive in emerging fields. This commitment is also reflected in initiatives such as SAWiT.AI<\/strong>, a collaborative, free upskilling programme<\/a> supported by the Government of Uttar Pradesh, with the aim to equip over 5 lakh women with Generative AI skills<\/strong>, helping bridge the gender gap in technology and create pathways for greater participation in the evolving AI ecosystem. With more community sessions, podcasts, and women-focused initiatives on the horizon, HCL GUVI remains focused on building spaces where women can learn, connect, and grow together. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
